Rainbow Care Network was founded with one powerful conviction: every child deserves a compassionate, trusted presence — especially during the most vulnerable moments of their lives. For children in DFPS/CPS conservatorship, a hospital stay can be an isolating, frightening experience. Without a parent or guardian present, these children often face medical procedures, long nights, and uncertain recoveries entirely alone.
