What We Look For

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who bring both professional competence and genuine compassion to their work.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in foster care, healthcare, or social services
  • CNA, medical assistant, or childcare certification
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
